Dear Guests,

Welcome to our first special cocktail class. Every two weeks, a theme will be chosen. Whether it is tasting, food paring, there will be a cocktail and bar-related adding to your beloved online cocktail class. Generally held in English, most of the content will be translated in German so everybody can join.

A warm welcome to the first edition:

"Atelier Apéritif Printanier" or a "Spring Aperitif Workshop"

Early bright sunlight, fresh greens blooming, in this special class edition, Woods and À la French are collaborating to create herbal, fresh, tingly and fruity cocktails and an amuse-bouche, picturing the Spring season with a french touch.

This time, two special signature cocktails will be created. Starting with a simple and light aperitif. After the first cocktail, we will go on with Léonie from “À la French” and will learn how to make her lovely Tartinette Printanière. After the meal, we will proceed with a foodpairing signature cocktail.

For the cocktails, you can get your special box with all the necessary ingredients for 25€. It allows you to create the two included cocktails twice each. To order your box, just write us at: and pick it up at the Woods on Friday 15th between 1 and 6 pm. Of course, you can also just buy the ingredients with our grocery list.

The given below lists contain all the products we are going to use for the Cocktails and the Tartinettes.
